Entries for Shermanbury will open on the 1st July 

£5 day membership fee for visitors/non members to be paid at signing on along with transponder hire and (refundable) deposit fees if applicable.

Entries close at 6pm on Friday 12th July 2024 .

Withdrawals should be advised ASAP via email and BEFORE close of entry to [email protected].

Please bring your license QR code to enable us to scan and check your ACU license validity.  Failure to show this will result in a charge of £20 for a day license for you to ride.

***ALL RIDERS ARE TO HAVE A TRANSPONDER****

Please include your transponder number or if you will be hiring.

Transponders are available at £10, plus a £20 deposit taken on the day.

If you are able to provide a Marshall for either half or a full day please show on your entry form where asked or contact the Chief Marshall on [email protected] or call 07951359754. Your expenses will be paid at a set rate of £25 for half day and £55 for a full day, (full day includes lunch). 

Overnight camping from Saturday 4pm. (please do not arrive before).

PLEASE NOTE

STRICTLY NO RIDING IN THE PADDOCK

NO ELECTRIC BIKES OR SCOOTERS

OPEN FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED

KEEP DOGS ON LEADS and please clear up anything they leave behind.

Anyone needing to use their motorized mobility scooter must do so at 5 mph when at the venue.

Please keep your children under your supervision and keep within the venue limits. 

Please take all your rubbish home with you and do not leave rubbish by your van for us to put in our vans.  

The use of drugs will not be tolerated which includes smoking cannabis, anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the event immediately.
