Entries open to members from 19th August, visitors can enter from the 26th August.

Entries close at 6pm on Friday 30th August 2024.

£5 day membership/visitor fee to be paid at signing on.

Withdrawals should be advised ASAP via email and BEFORE close of entry to [email protected], refunds will be considered for valid reasons and are subject to a £5.00 admin fee.

***ALL RIDERS ARE TO HAVE A TRANSPONDER****

Please input your transponder number when booking in, so have it to hand.

If you need to hire,  transponders are available at £10, plus a £20 refundable deposit taken on the day.

If you are able to provide a Marshall for either half or a full day please contact the Chief Marshall on [email protected] or call 07951359754. Your expenses will be paid at a set rate of £25 for half day and £55 for a full day, (full day includes lunch). 

Overnight camping from Saturday 3pm. (please do not arrive before). 

PLEASE NOTE

STRICTLY NO RIDING IN THE PADDOCK (£20 Fine payable when caught)

NO ELECTRIC BIKES OR SCOOTERS PLEASE LEAVE THEM AT HOME.

OPEN FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

NO-ONE ALLOWED ON THE TRACK SATURDAY WHILE MACHINERY IS WORKING.

PLEASE STAY WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE TRACK/PADDOCK AREA, DO NOT GO OUTSIDE THESE AREAS, THAT INCLUDES THE RIVER THAMES, THE RAILWAY AND ANY ADJOINING FIELDS.

KEEP DOGS ON LEADS and clear up their mess and dispose of in the skip provided

Anyone needing to use their motorized mobility scooter must do so at 5 mph when at the venue.

Please utilise the skip for all your rubbish please do not leave rubbish by your van for us to move for you.  

The use of drugs will not be tolerated which includes smoking cannabis, anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the event immediately.
