4 JURISISDICTION

The meetings will be held under the National Sporting Code and Motocross Standing Regulations of the A.C.U. 2025 edition, these Supplementary Regulations and any further Instructions Issued or Official Announcements made.

6 ELIGIBILITY

Riders holding a current ACU or SACU licence and members of the club. Day licences are available.

As per the 2025 ACU Handbook. (with exception of electric bikes which are not permitted to enter this event)

8 ENTRIES

Entries must be made via go race by the closing date as stated on the entry form. The club reserves the right to refuse any entry without giving a reason. The entry fee is  £55 , day licence £20, Hire of transponder is £15 . Make payment when booking in with Go Race. 

** If hiring a transponder you will need to provide a £30 cash deposit.   No cash deposit no transponder***

9 REFUND POLICY 

Refund available up until 8 days prior to the event via go race platform - Admin fee may apply on any refunds.

10 INSURANCE

“The insurance cover for this event will be Basic (limit of liability £10M) and Medical Malpractice insurance (limit of liability £5m) is included.    There is NO Personal Accident Insurance for Competitors. 

11 SOUND CONTROL

As per 2025 ACU handbook Standard Regulations section 7, Technical Control number 7.

No starting engines before 09:30am 

12 PRACTICES

Per group

Juniors will have timed practice to qualify for A or B group 

Practice starts at 10:00am sharp. 

13 RACES

Experts 15 mins + 1 lap

Junior A 15 mins + 1 lap

Junior B 12 mins + 1 lap

Over 40,50,60 12 mins + 1 lap

Support classes 12 mins + 1 lap

14 PROGRAMME

15 METHOD OF START

Drop Gate.

16 AWARDS

Prize money for, Experts, Junior A, Over 40,50,60 (if enough entries) .

17 FLAG SIGNALS

Please take note of the following rule change regarding flag signals:

Yellow Waved:                  Great Danger, prepare to stop, no overtaking. A significant reduction in speed must be seen; therefore, jumps should not be attempted.

18 TIMEKEEPING

20 Fuel

All fuel used during an event must comply with 2024 ACU Fuel Regulations

21 PADDOCK

No bikes to be started until 09:30am.

There is a riding lane along the hedge at the bottom of the paddock which is marked out and sign posted.  There is also a riding lane going up the hill alongside the start straight.   These are the only areas of the paddock that bikes can be ridden in.   When not in either of these lanes’ bikes must be pushed.   Anyone witnessed riding in the paddock by one of the officials may be disqualified from the event. Walking pace in the riding lanes! 

The riding in the paddock of any pit bikes or mini bikes or Electric Bikes is not allowed.

** No electric propelled bikes are allowed on site **


22 Drug & Alcohol.

DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE – Any Rider or their associate caught abusing drugs or alcohol will be disqualified, asked to leave, and reported to the ACU Head Office in accordance with Chapter 9 of the National Sporting Code.
